I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) in the State of Utah. I have 8 years of experience. I love what I do. Helping people is my passion.

I have experience in trauma therapy, PTS/D, anxiety and depression, phobias, relationship healing, pornography addiction recovery and healing, grief recovery, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Self-harm and much more, including relationship premarital counseling.

I use an holistic approach to therapy. I am very skill based oriented, which means I teach you skills to use that improve your life. You can experience results quicky and effectively as you practice the skills you will learn.

Pornography Addiction Recovery includes a three-pronged approach, including therapy, to finally break the hold pornography has on you. This program is particularly effective for Christian males. The protocol is approximately six months of 12-20 sessions. Cost is per session.
